We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Consultant to provide operational and administrative support to the Sales team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales administration process, including quotation preparation, sales order processing, order tracking, and ensuring timely completion of customer orders. The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with prior experience in the banking or financial services industry are highly preferred due to their strong understanding of operational controls, documentation accuracy, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations in accordance with company pricing and approval policies.
- Process client requests and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, invoicing, and project completion.
- Maintain accurate records, customer information, and documentation within the CRM/ERP system.
- Support the Sales team by tracking job status, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent client service.
- Review contracts and sales documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Generate regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and operational performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales administration processes and workflow efficiency.
- Assist with customer onboarding and respond promptly to customer inquiries related to orders and documentation.
- Ensure all sales activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
