About the work
We manage the personal brand of a UK chartered surveyor based in Dubai. He has 35 years in property and runs a YouTube channel about life and business in the UAE, alongside property consultancy, a property academy, and media work.
There is already a library of long-form video footage. Your job is to turn it into short clips, and to keep five social accounts posting consistently.
This is not a strategy role and it is not a "grow my following" role. It is a craft role. We need someone who is genuinely good at finding the interesting 40 seconds inside a 30-minute video, and who is reliable about getting things published on schedule.

What you'll do
- Cut short-form clips (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) from existing long-form footage — roughly 12–15 finished clips per week
- Add captions, hooks, and light on-screen text
- Schedule and upload across five platforms:
- Maintain a simple posting calendar so we always know what's going out and when
- Write short captions and hashtags to a supplied brief and tone guide
- Send a brief weekly report: what was posted, what performed

What we need from you
**Required:**
- Real experience cutting short-form vertical video — TikTok, Reels, or Shorts. Show us.
- Fluent with at least one of: CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
- Comfortable posting natively on all five platforms, including scheduling tools
- Written English strong enough to caption for a professional British audience. This matters more than usual — the audience is property investors and business owners, and clumsy copy costs credibility.
- Reliable internet and a machine that can handle video editing
- Available for at least 2 hours of overlap with Dubai time (GST) on weekdays
**Nice to have:**
- Basic graphic design (Canva is fine)
- Any exposure to property, finance, or professional-services content
- Experience with a personal brand rather than a company account
