We're looking for a proactive, confident, and results-driven Customer Service & Lead Qualification Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and converting enquiries into appointments. Initially, your primary responsibility will be reactivating dormant leads and managing outbound calls. As you become familiar with the business, there is an opportunity to grow into an Administrative Assistant and Personal Assistant role supporting the CEO.
This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, sales support, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Management
Conduct outbound calls to existing leads within our CRM database
Re-engage previous enquiries and identify opportunities to book appointments
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and events
Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their needs
Database & CRM Management
Update and maintain CRM records daily
Ensure all customer interactions, notes, and lead statuses are accurately recorded
Keep contact information up to date, including
Appointment Setting
Qualify prospective clients
Schedule appointments for qualified leads
Ensure all required forms and information are completed before confirming appointments
Administration
Provide day-to-day administrative support
Answer
Prepare and proofread documents
Assist with general office administration
Complete additional administrative tasks as required
Skills & Experience
Essential
Previous experience in the property industry
Experience in customer service, appointment setting, or sales support
Experience making outbound or cold calls
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident, professional, and persuasive phone manner
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is highly regarded)

Key Performance Indicators
Consistently complete 200–300 outbound calls per week
Generate 20–40 qualified leads per month
Secure 20–40 confirmed appointments per month
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Ensure all booking requirements are completed before appointments are confirmed
