Meta Ads Creative Specialist

Location: Remote

Reports To: Marketing Manager

The Role

We are looking for a highly creative Meta Ads Creative Specialist to produce high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertising creatives.

You will work directly under our Marketing Manager, who develops the strategy and campaigns. Your responsibility is to produce outstanding advertising creatives that generate leads and continuously improve campaign performance.

This is not a general graphic design role.

This is a performance marketing creative role where success is measured by the quality and quantity of advertising creatives produced.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-converting Facebook ad graphics.

Create Instagram advertising creatives.

Create carousel advertisements.

Create short-form promotional videos.

Create Reels.

Create before & after advertisements.

Create customer testimonial graphics.

Create educational advertisements.

Create promotional campaigns.

Create seasonal campaigns.

Create emergency service advertisements.

Create commercial advertising creatives.

Resize creatives for different placements.

Organise creative files and folders.

Maintain brand consistency.

Follow Taylor Contractors marketing SOPs.

Support A/B creative testing.

Daily Responsibilities

Create new Meta advertising creatives.

Produce multiple creative variations.

Create static graphics.

Edit short-form videos.

Create carousel advertisements.

Resize creatives.

Organise creative assets.

Upload completed work for approval.

Complete daily task list.

Attend weekly marketing meetings.

Weekly Performance Benchmarks (KPIs)

The successful applicant will be expected to achieve approximately:
