Human Resources Recruiter (Australian Construction)

Part-Time | 30 Hours/Week
Work From Home (Philippines)
Australian Business Hours (AEST)

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Recruiter with knowledge of the Australian construction industry. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for engineers, skilled trades, and construction workers, while also supporting HR administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Post job ads and source qualified candidates.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
* Coordinate client interviews and candidate follow-ups.
* Recruit engineers, skilled trades, and construction workers.
* Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and HR paperwork.
* Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.
* Assist with HR administration, onboarding, and compliance documentation.
* Verify candidate qualifications, licences, and certifications.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Recruitment / HR experience
- Experience recruiting for the Australian construction industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of construction roles and terminology.
- Experience in HR administration (contracts, onboarding, employee records, HR documentation).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or job boards is an advantage.
- Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup.
