# Social Media Manager

Be Limitless Enterprise is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven **Social Media Manager** to help grow our online presence and strengthen our brands across multiple platforms.

We operate in the credit repair, business funding, entrepreneurship, and trading industries. We need someone who understands how to create engaging content, stay ahead of trends, and turn attention into leads and sales.

## Responsibilities

???? Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, and other social media platforms.

???? Create, edit, schedule, and publish short-form videos, graphics, captions, stories, and promotional content.

?? Write engaging captions, hooks, calls to action, and promotional posts that match our brand voice.

???? Monitor content performance, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions.

???? Research current trends, sounds, topics, and content ideas that can help our posts go viral.

????? Create and maintain a consistent weekly content calendar.

???? Respond to comments and messages while helping build an active online community.

???? Organize raw footage and turn it into high-quality content that is entertaining, educational, and promotional.

???? Work closely with the CEO, sales team, and other tea ---------- mbers to promote offers, client results, events, and company updates.

* Qualifications*

* Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business or personal brand.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and current social media trends.
* Experience editing short-form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
* Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
* Must be creative, proactive, dependable, and comfortable receiving feedback.
* Experience in credit, finance, entrepreneurship, trading, or personal branding is preferred.

We want someone who does more than simply post content. You should constantly look for ways to increase engagement, generate leads, strengthen the brand, and help our content reach more people.

You must be able to take initiative, bring new ideas to the table, and consistently push the brand forward.
