JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for support for our customer support team on part-time or full-time basis

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support agent to support our growing software company. Based in Austria, we are a small team of 15 professionals working remotely across the globe. We develop custom software solutions for Austrian businesses, helping them streamline operations through digital platforms such as customer portals, employee portals, and other business applications.

Our goal is to grow this into a long-term role for the right person. We'll start with a defined project building knowledge and support processes. This allows both sides to get to know each other and creates a strong foundation for expanding responsibilities over time.

As part of your role, you'll review existing project documentation, customer communications. Once you're familiar with our products, services, and customers, you'll gradually take on customer support responsibilities, helping answer incoming inquiries and coordinating with our development and project teams when needed.

During periods with lower support volume, you'll assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, such as translation (German), CRM updates, scheduling, research, and email organization. Someone who enjoys learning new things, is flexible, and takes ownership of their work will thrive in this position.

This role is a great fit for someone who:
- Has excellent written and spoken German & English skills (German is a must).
- Is highly organized and pays close attention to detail.
- Can quickly understand software products and business processes.
- Enjoys creating clear documentation and knowledge articles.
- Communicates professionally and confidently with customers.
- Is comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
- Takes initiative and is eager to contribute across different areas of the business.
