We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Programmer / Web Developer to help turn modern UI/UX designs into responsive, functional, and engaging digital experiences across websites and product platforms.
You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and product stakeholders to build high-quality web pages and features based on Figma designs, ensuring smooth implementation, strong user experience, and professional website performance.
This role suits someone who has a good eye for detail, understands how to translate design into clean front-end implementation, and can work responsibly within a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Building responsive websites and web pages based on Figma designs
• Implementing layout, styling, animations, and interactive effects on websites
• Working closely with UI/UX designers to understand design requirements and user experience goals
• Collaborating with developers and product stakeholders to deliver clean and functional web experiences
• Supporting WordPress website development, updates, and content implementation
• Ensuring websites display correctly across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes
• Improving website performance, usability, and visual consistency
• Participating in agile sprints, team discussions, and project updates
• Troubleshooting bugs, layout issues, and front-end problems
• Communicating clearly with the team and taking responsibility for assigned tasks
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills
• Strong experience in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience building websites from Figma or other design tools
• Good understanding of responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Experience working with WordPress websites
• Ability to implement animations, hover effects, transitions, and interactive website elements
• Good understanding of website structure, layout, and user experience principles
• Ability to work closely with designers and follow design details accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate well with the team
• Responsible, reliable, and able to complete tasks on time
Bonus Skills
• Experience with Elementor, Webflow, or other website builders
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience with PHP or WordPress theme customization
• Knowledge of website performance optimisation
• Experience working in agile product development environments
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly website structure
• Ability to provide practical suggestions to improve website usability and functionality
