Video Content Creation & Social Media Assistant (Remote)

We’re looking for a Content Creation & Social Media Assistant who can help us create engaging social media content that reaches and resonates with our audience.

Role Overview

You will work closely with our founders and content team to support the creation, organisation, and publishing of content across our social media channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands social media, pays attention to detail, and can take ownership of content production from idea to publication.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

* Repurpose podcast long-form content into social media content (*NOT about editing into shorter clips)
* Draft captions for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
* Create short video clips, statics and design carousels
* Research trends, topics, and content opportunities relevant to our audience
* Capability to create videos through AIGC (e.g. Higgsfield, Seedance, nanobanna, etc...)
* Generate fresh content ideas based on audience insights

Content Operations

* Organise content assets, transcripts, and creative files
* Maintain content databases and project management systems
* Support administrative tasks related to content production

Requirements

Essential

* Strong content creation skills such as graphic design, video editing and AIGC
* Strong written English
* Excellent attention to detail
* Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
* Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, etc...

Preferred

* Good graphic design skills (Canva)
* Good video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
* Good understanding of AIGC (Claude, Higgsfield & ChatGPT)
* Experience Content Creation & a Social Media Native
* Understanding of content marketing and audience growth
