JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for someone to create a short AI-assisted animated cartoon video for children that teaches them how to safely interact with dogs.

This video will be part of a dog bite prevention course. The goal is to make the video simple, kid-friendly, warm, clear, and educational.

The final video should be approximately 2.5–3 minutes long.

You may use AI animation tools, templates, stock assets, Canva, CapCut, Animaker, Vyond, Runway, Pika, or similar tools. I am not looking for custom frame-by-frame animation. I am looking for someone who can take a script and turn it into a clean, engaging educational video for kids.

Budget

$150 fixed project

This includes:

3-minute finished animated video
AI-assisted or template-based cartoon animation
Basic characters: child, parent, dog, dog owner
Simple backgrounds
On-screen text
Music and simple sound effects
1080p final video
2 revision round

Important:

The dog should not look scary. The goal is not to make kids afraid of dogs. The goal is to teach children how to respect dogs, give them space, and interact safely.

The video should teach kids:

Ask an adult before approaching a dog
Ask the dog’s owner
Let the dog come to you
Pet gently under the chin, chest, or shoulder
Never hug, kiss, grab, chase, climb on, or pull a dog
Leave dogs alone when eating, sleeping, chewing, hiding, in a crate, or with puppies
Give dogs space when they look uncomfortable
Test Clip Required

Before hiring for the full project, I would like a short 10–15 second paid test clip.

Test clip scene:

A child sees a dog and starts to walk toward it. The parent gently stops the child and says, “First, we ask before we say hi.” The child then stands calmly while the dog has space.

Paid test clip: $25

If the test clip is a good fit, we will continue with the full $150 project.
