JOB DESCRIPTION:
We're hiring a detail-oriented, dependable virtual assistant to support three areas: candidate sourcing/recruiting, general administration, and social media. You'll help us build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, keep our operations organized, and maintain a consistent online presence. If you love staying organized, communicate proactively, and take pride in accurate, high-quality work, you'll do well here. This is a long-term role with room to grow as you learn our systems.
SOFT SKILLS:

BASIC SKILLS:
• Strong written and spoken English
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and MS Office
• Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (at least 3):
• Recruiting / candidate sourcing experience (LinkedIn sourcing, candidate screening)
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Executive/administrative assistant experience
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (nice to have — can be trained):
• Experience with Manatal ATS
• Social media: Canva graphics, CapCut video, Meta Business Suite scheduling
• Healthcare, education, or staffing-agency background
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Source and screen candidates
• Build and maintain candidate lists and pipelines in ATS
•
• Plan and schedule social media content; create simple graphics and short videos
• Keep files and records organized in Google Drive or OneDrive
• Submit a brief daily report of tasks completed and track your hours
WORK SCHEDULE AND HOLIDAYS:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM CST (USA) or 10:00 AM–2:00 PM CST. Part-time (about 20 hours/week) to start, hourly.
TRAININGS PROVIDED:
We provide training on our ATS and our specific workflows and processes. You don't need to know everything on day one — we'll get you up to speed.
