Performance Marketing Team / Media Buying Agency Partnership
About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced media buying teams, performance marketing agencies, and user acquisition teams to partner with us on high-growth performance campaigns.

This is not a traditional client-agency arrangement.

We provide the offers, advertising budget, tracking infrastructure, and operational support. Your team will focus on planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling profitable campaigns.

Your Team Will Be Responsible For
Planning, launching, and managing paid advertising campaigns
Creating, iterating, and testing ad creatives
Producing a consistent volume of new creatives for testing
Building and optimizing landing pages and funnels
Monitoring campaign performance and profitability
Optimizing and scaling successful campaigns
Providing regular performance reports
Meeting agreed KPIs, reporting requirements, and profitability targets

Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience running and scaling profitable paid advertising campaigns
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and unit economics
Experience with CPA, CPL, CPI, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or e-commerce campaigns
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns independently
Strong creative testing and funnel optimization capabilities
A large, experienced creative team capable of producing and testing a high volume of ad creatives is strongly preferred
Reliable communication and consistent reporting
Willingness to follow defined processes, KPIs, and approval requirements
Long-term growth mindset
