JOB OVERVIEW

Ro Movers is looking for an experienced Accountant and dedicated Bookkeeper to help build and manage our financial systems as our company continues to grow.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just keep our books up to date, but can also create efficient systems that help us maximize tax savings, improve reporting, and streamline our financial operations.

Responsibilities
Manage all bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
Organize and categorize receipts for proper expense tracking.
Ensure all eligible business expenses are properly deducted.
Develop bookkeeping systems for each subcontractor.
Track payments, invoices, and expenses by subcontractor.
Import revenue from our CRM into QuickBooks and reconcile all transactions.
Create detailed financial reports showing revenue, expenses, profit, and cash flow.
Assist with GST/PST filings and year-end preparation.
Work closely with management to identify legal tax-saving opportunities.
Improve financial workflows and automate repetitive tasks where possible.
What We're Looking For
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online.
Experience working with service-based businesses or moving companies is an asset.
Knowledge of Canadian bookkeeping and tax regulations.
Experience integrating CRM systems with accounting software.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to build efficient financial systems and processes.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial reports clearly.
