Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Setup: Build, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns from scratch, ensuring perfect alignment with business ROAS targets.
PMax Optimization: Actively manage and fine-tune Performance Max campaigns, including asset group customization, audience signal optimization, and budget steering.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor daily performance metrics using Google Ads dashboard and Google Analytics (GA4), providing regular actionable insights to stakeholders.
Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and pace monthly budgets across channels to prevent under-spending or over-spending while hitting volume targets.
Merchant Centre: Manage and maintain a perfectly scoring Merchant Centre
Meta Ads: Drive and manage Meta Advantage Plus ad architecture
Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven, demonstrable track record of running Performance Max (PMax) campaigns successfully.
Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion tracking setup, and data attribution models.
Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Measurement, or Video) are beneficial.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data and campaign insights.
