HIRING: GHL / Systems & Admin Specialist
Tracey O'Neill Fitness | Work From Home | Part-Time (10–15 hrs/week, Flexible) — Potential to Grow
We're a fast-growing online coaching business looking for a Go High Level (GHL) specialist who genuinely loves building backend systems — automations, pipelines, integrations — and who's also happy to help out with general admin when needed. If you love making a business run smoother behind the scenes, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:

Building and maintaining funnels, automations, workflows, and pipelines in GHL
Integrating GHL with tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, and others as we grow
Managing CRM pipelines and opportunity stages
Creating and configuring calendars, forms, and surveys
Supporting with general admin tasks — inbox, scheduling, document management
Occasional client-facing support as the role develops

What we're looking for:

1–2 years of hands-on Go High Level experience
Comfortable with Zapier and Google Sheets integrations
Available for some real-time overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (Brisbane)
Excellent English communication, written and spoken
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Comfortable using Zoom and Loom for communication and walkthroughs

Bonus points if you have:

General admin or executive assistant experience
A portfolio of GHL builds — screenshots, Loom walkthroughs, or client references
Experience with fitness, coaching, or online education businesses

We're looking for someone who is excited to grow and become a High Level Pro with our business. This role starts part-time, but for the right person who proves themselves, there's real potential to grow into a larger — even full-time — ongoing role as we scale.
