Operations Coordinator — US Home Remodeling Company (Full-Time, Long-Term, Night Shift)

Birch Masters Construction Solutions is an established, 7-year-old home remodeling company in Tampa, Florida, USA (4.9-star Google rating). We're hiring ONE full-time Operations Coordinator to become the voice and engine of our office. This is a long-term seat for the right person — you'll be trained on our complete documented playbooks, and as we grow, you grow with us.

What you'll do every day:

Answer our US business phone line live (through an app — we provide everything) and qualify potential clients using our step-by-step call playbook
Convert approved project proposals to PDF and email them to clients using our templates
Run our follow-up system: scheduled calls, texts, and emails to clients with open proposals
Keep our CRM (Zoho) updated and accurate for every lead
Answer common client questions using our approved FAQ (anything complex gets passed to the Project Manager)
Send a short weekly report every Friday

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern). This is a permanent night-shift role — please only apply if this genuinely works for your life long-term.

Pay: $500/month base, paid weekly your first month, then bi-weekly (Wise or EasyPay). PLUS performance bonuses: $10 for every qualified consultation you book, $25 for every project that closes from your follow-ups. Strong performers can add $100–150/month. Paid Philippine holidays after your 90-day mark. Annual raise reviews.

You must have:

Excellent spoken English — you'll be on the phone with American homeowners all day
Excellent written English — you'll email clients directly
Extreme attention to detail — our proposals involve real money and real contracts
Fiber internet with a backup plan, a quiet workspace, a good headset, and reliable power
The discipline to follow written procedures exactly

Nice to have (not required): experience with a construction, real estate, home services, or contractor account; RingCentral or Zoho experience; CRM experience.
