JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Saudi Arabia-based company looking for a Vendor Registration & Prequalification Specialist to help register our company with major Saudi companies, government entities, and private organizations as an approved supplier, contractor, or service provider.

Responsibilities
Register our company with prospective clients.
Research supplier registration requirements.
Prepare document checklists and coordinate required information.
Submit and monitor registration applications.
Follow up on pending approvals.
Update our company records with existing clients whenever documents expire or require renewal.
Maintain an organized database of registrations, approvals, and renewal dates.
Requirements
Experience in Vendor Registration, Supplier Onboarding, or Prequalification.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Excellent English communication.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple registrations.
Experience with Saudi Arabia or GCC companies is highly preferred.
Experience with supplier portals (SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, Jaggaer, etc.) is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to completing registrations successfully from start to finish.
