About Us
ZZ Med Spa is a fast-growing medical spa company based in Manhattan, New York. We operate multiple Med Spa and Day Spa locations and have a team of over 80 employees.
We are expanding our Appointment Setting team and are looking for experienced, results-driven professionals who are serious about long-term growth and delivering exceptional performance.


Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who is confident on the phone, skilled at handling objections, and motivated by achieving daily goals.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with proven outbound sales or appointment-setting experience who understands urgency, consistent follow-up, and conversion.


Key Responsibilities
* Conduct high-volume outbound calls and SMS outreach to new and existing leads
* Contact new leads promptly and maintain consistent follow-up
* Schedule qualified prospects into our calendars
* Build rapport, overcome objections, and clearly communicate the value of our services
* Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
* Meet daily performance goals for calls, appointments, and conversions


Requirements
* 3+ years of appointment setting or outbound sales experience
* Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation
* Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and communication skills
* Experience using CRM systems
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
* Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional work environment
* Available to work full-time during New York business hours
