We are seeking an experienced Executive Healthcare Growth Coordinator to become the CEO’s right hand in helping scale our agency through recruiting, referral development, marketing, and operational support.

Responsibilities

* Recruit caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, LVNs, and RNs
* Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
* Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, hospice agencies, rehabilitation centers, social workers, discharge planners, and case managers
* Conduct outreach to establish referral partnerships
* Manage CRM and follow-up systems
* Coordinate marketing campaigns
* Create healthcare blog articles and SEO content
* Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Business Profile content
* Design graphics using Canva
* Coordinate email newsletters
* Assist with proposal and presentation preparation
* Maintain SOPs and operational documentation
* Manage calendars and scheduling
* Track KPIs and prepare weekly executive reports
* Support implementation of AI and automation tools to improve efficiency

Required Experience

* Minimum 3 years in healthcare recruiting, healthcare operations, healthcare business development, or healthcare marketing
* Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare organizations
* Strong understanding of referral development and provider networking
* Experience using CRM systems
* Experience with EMR/home care platforms (WellSky, AxisCare, CareSmartz360, HHAeXchange, MatrixCare, AlayaCare, or similar)
* Strong social media and content marketing experience
* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* Professional phone presence suitable for speaking with physicians, hospitals, and referral partners

Preferred Qualifications

* Home care or home health experience
* Knowledge of Medicaid, private pay, long-term care insurance, or VA Community Care
* Experience with GoHighLevel
* Experience with ChatGPT and AI productivity tools
* SEO and blogging experience

* Generate new referral opportunities every week
