JOB OVERVIEW

Local Launchpad helps UK local service businesses (landscapers, roofers, electricians, plumbers etc) dominate Google through high-converting websites, SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.

We launched in June and already have 9+ paying clients, scaling toward hundreds. Everything we do is built around systems and automation. Our own AI copy bot already generates full website copy (homepage, service pages, location pages, category pages) for every client at the click of a button.

Right now that copy has to be manually copy-pasted into GoHighLevel by hand, which doesn't scale. We're moving our website delivery onto WordPress so the whole process can be pushed automatically instead. That's the system you'd be building.

Example of the type of site you'd need to recreate: ----------

---

WHAT THE BUILD INVOLVES:

Setting up WordPress Multisite so every client site runs off one shared codebase, with a master template site we can clone new clients from in one step

Building four page templates (Homepage, Service Page, Location Page, Category Page) using ACF Pro fields — this replaces our current GoHighLevel custom values system

Exposing those fields via the REST API so our existing copy bot can push generated copy straight into new pages automatically

Building the front-end templates themselves — fast-loading, clean, mobile-optimised, your call on coded PHP or a builder like Elementor/Bricks

Embedding our GoHighLevel lead forms cleanly into the WordPress pages (forms stay on GHL, just need embedding)

Setting up basic security, backups, and a way for us to manage/update every client site from one place as we scale

---

WHAT YOU NEED:

- Real, hands-on experience with WordPress Multisite — not just single-site builds

- Strong ACF Pro experience — Custom Post Types, field groups, REST API

- Comfortable working from a written spec and flagging anything unclear rather than guessing

- Someone who takes initiative and flags problems early rather than going quiet

- Good written English, you'll be communicating directly with me

---

WHAT WE OFFER:

- Consistent, ongoing work, not a one-off project — this becomes the core platform for every client going forward

- A clear, detailed spec from day one, no guessing what we want

- A straightforward working relationship with fast feedback

- Room to grow as the agency scales

- A small paid test task before any commitment from either side

---

HOW TO APPLY

Start your reply with "MULTISITE" so I know you've read the whole post. Then please send me the following:

1. Links to 2-3 websites you have built on wordpress

2. A brief description of your WordPress experience, specifically what you have built and how long you have been using it

3. Your ACF Pro experience — what you've built with it, how long you've used it.

4. Your availability and how many hours per week you can commit
Looking forward to finding the right person and building something great together!
