DRIVER TEAM LEAD (Remote)
Full-Time | Starting at $5.00/hour with $1 annual increase —plus performance bonuses and career growth opportunities.

We're a growing transportation company based in New Jersey, USA, looking for a DRIVER TEAM LEAD to spearhead our Driver Department.

In this role, you'll help develop great drivers, support your team, improve department processes, and work closely with Dispatch and CEO to keep our business running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As our Driver Team Lead, you'll help lead the success of our Driver Department by:
• Leading and supporting the Driver Department team.
• Overseeing driver recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
• Monitoring driver performance and resolving escalated concerns.
• Improving department processes, training, and documentation.
• Working closely with Dispatch, Operations, and Accounting.
• Tracking department performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...
• Have leadership or supervisory experience.
• Have worked in operations, transportation, logistics, dispatch, or administrative management.
• Communicate confidently in English.
• Stay organized and manage multiple priorities well.
• Enjoy solving problems and improving the way teams work.
• Take ownership and follow through.
• Transportation experience is a plus, but strong leadership and operations experience are just as important. We'll train you on our systems and processes.
