IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize pricing models, discount structures, and promotional programs aligned to company goals
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitive positioning, and product performance to surface growth and margin opportunities
• Partner with product marketing and product management on product launches, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives
• Monitor pricing strategy effectiveness — assess the impact of pricing changes, promotions, and competitive activity
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts covering pricing, profitability, customer trends, and key business metrics
• Conduct profitability and margin analyses across products, customer segments, regions, and channels
• Research competitive pricing, industry trends, and customer needs to inform market strategy
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance on customer proposals, pricing approvals, and commercial initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools
• Support the development of pricing policies, governance, and approval workflows
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision-making
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in pricing, product marketing, marketing analytics, or sales operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — translates complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or Tableau required
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
• Understanding of pricing strategy, market analysis, and go-to-market processes
• Clear communicator across functions — comfortable presenting to leadership
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
