Job Title: Customer Relations Manager – Remote (Real Estate Company)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 1,500/month + 2% commission on deal size

About Us
Solution Based Homebuyers is a real estate investment company that acquires and manages prime properties. We're growing and looking for a dedicated Customer Relations Manager to own the client experience from first contact through closing.
What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients
Manage client onboarding so every new client has a smooth, positive experience
Track all client interactions and lifecycle stages in our CRM
Review customer feedback and performance data to improve our process
Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to stay aligned
Report on key metrics and suggest improvements

What We're Looking For

Experience in customer service, account management, or client relations (real estate experience is a plus but not required)
Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office / Google Suite
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data and reports
Reliable internet connection and a quiet homework setup

Schedule
Full-time, 10 PM- 7 AM EST/ MONDAY-SATURDAY
