JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a China-based Product Sourcing & Supplier Coordinator to become our long-term sourcing partner.

Your responsibilities will include:

Finding the best factory in China for products we want to manufacture.
If we send you a photo of a competitor's product, find the original manufacturer or the best factory that can produce the same or a better version.
Search using 1688, Alibaba, and your own factory network.
Communicate directly with our existing suppliers in Mandarin.
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times.
Review factory photos and samples to ensure they match our reference images.
Request corrections from suppliers before production when necessary.
Follow up throughout production to ensure quality standards are met.

Clothing
Hats
Furniture
Other consumer products
Requirements
Based in China.
Native Mandarin speaker.
Fluent in English.
Strong experience with Chinese factories and product sourcing.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality.
