Customer Care Executive (Maternity Cover – Potential Permanent Opportunity due to Business Growth)

About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Care Executive to become an important part of our UK team. You'll help independent retailers across the UK and Ireland, working closely with colleagues to ensure our customers receive the excellent service we're known for.
While this role begins as maternity cover, we're a growing business and believe there is genuine potential for the right person to remain with us long-term.
This role has been created to ensure continuity within our Customer Care function, with a structured handover period prior to maternity leave. The successful candidate will work closely with the Customer Care Manager to learn our processes, systems and client relationships before taking full ownership of the role.
Working Structure
From September 2026: 2 days per week (for training and handover)
From October: Full-time position
Future opportunity: Potential to remain in a permanent role following the maternity cover period
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day customer queries via
- Supporting escalated customer issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients
- Working closely with internal teams (Technical, Training and Accounts) to resolve issues
- Providing outstanding customer service and practical solutions
- Maintaining internal documentation and processes
- Ensuring all customer interactions are logged and tracked appropriately
