Position Summary
Beeby Clark+Meyler is seeking a Paid Search Operations & Automation Manager to help scale and improve our paid search practice by optimizing processes, automating workflows, leveraging AI-assisted technology, and driving operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical paid search professional who enjoys building systems, streamlining workflows, and leveraging emerging technologies to improve performance and efficiency. You have managed large-scale, high-performance campaigns and are interested in applying your experience at the next level.

The successful candidate will work closely with our VP of Media and our team to identify operational bottlenecks, standardize best practices, deploy automation, and evaluate AI-driven tools that improve campaign performance, management, and decision-making. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both enterprise search management and modern automation technologies. You will be actively involved in managing campaigns. This is not a theoretical position.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Search Operations
Develop and maintain scalable operational frameworks for enterprise paid search programs.
Standardize campaign structure, QA, reporting, and optimization processes.
Oversee human and agentic resources, managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, PMax, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
Improve consistency and quality across client accounts.
Automation & Workflow Development
Identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation.
Develop and deploy Google/MS Ads scripts and automated workflows.
Improve reporting, auditing, QA, and account monitoring processes.
Work with Skai to centralize all campaign management
AI & Emerging Technology
Evaluate AI tools that improve productivity and campaign performance.
Develop AI-assisted workflows for reporting, analysis, QA, keyword management, creative testing, and insights generation.
Partner with BCM's VentasAI team to identify opportunities for integration and experimentation.
Train teams on practical AI applications within paid search operations.

Innovation & Testing
Manage Beta testing initiatives with Google, Microsoft, and technology partners.
Evaluate new platform capabilities.
Recommend process improvements and technology investments.
Support R&D initiatives related to automation and AI.

What Success Looks Like
Within the first year, this person should:
Reduce manual search operations workload by 20-30%.
Deploy multiple agency-wide automation initiatives.
Improve campaign performance, QA, and process consistency.
Create repeatable AI-assisted workflows.
Serve as BCM's internal expert on search automation and operational best practices.

Qualifications
Required
5+ years managing paid search campaigns.
Experience with enterprise search programs.
Deep Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising expertise.
Strong knowledge of PMax, Shopping, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
Experience with Skai, SA360, Optmyzr, or similar platforms.
Experience building or deploying automation solutions.
Advanced Excel, Sheets, reporting, and analytical skills.
Preferred
Google Ads Scripts experience
Python, JavaScript, SQL, or API experience.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.
Familiarity with n8n, Zapier, Make, or workflow automation tools.
Agency experience.
Travel, financial services, retail, or B2B experience.
