Join Our Team – E-Commerce Growth & Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full ---------- time

Pay: $10–14 USD/hour (Based on Experience) + Performance Bonuses

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based custom apparel company producing high-quality T-shirts, hats, and koozies. We’re expanding aggressively into Shopify and TikTok Shop and are looking for someone who can own the entire product launch and marketing process from start to finish.

This isn’t just another virtual assistant role—we’re looking for someone who thinks like a business owner and is passionate about growing online sales.

Responsibilities

Product & Market Research

* Research trending products, designs, and niches in the U.S. market.
* Monitor TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Etsy, Amazon, and other marketplaces for emerging trends.
* Identify products with high sales potential.
* Present new product ideas each week.

Creative Collaboration

* Work with our graphic design team to create marketable designs.
* Collaborate with our UGC content creator to develop engaging video ads.
* Recommend improvements to creatives based on campaign performance.

Shopify & TikTok Shop Management

* Create and optimize product listings.
* Write SEO-friendly titles and product descriptions.
* Upload products to Shopify and TikTok Shop.
* Organize collections and ensure product information is accurate.

Paid Advertising

* Launch and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
* Launch and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns.
* Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and other key performance metrics.
* Continuously test audiences, creatives, and offers to improve performance.

Affiliate & Creator Management

* Recruit TikTok creators through the affiliate program.
* Build relationships with influencers and content creators.
* Coordinate product shipments and campaign launches.
* Track affiliate performance and scale successful partnerships.

Campaign Management

* Oversee every product launch from research through advertising.
* Monitor campaign performance daily.
* Report on sales, ad spend, profitability, and opportunities for improvement.
* Recommend scaling strategies for winning products.

Qualifications

* 2+ years of Shopify experience.
* Experience running Meta Ads.
* Experience with TikTok Shop.
* Experience managing TikTok affiliates or influencer outreach.
* Strong understanding of U.S. consumer trends.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Analytical mindset with experience interpreting advertising metrics.

Preferred Experience

* Print-on-demand or custom apparel.
* Graphic design collaboration.
* UGC marketing.
* Product research using TikTok Creative Center and Meta Ad Library.
* Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

* Profitable product launches
* Revenue growth
* Return on ad spend (ROAS)
* Growth of our Shopify customer database
* Number of successful affiliate partnerships
* Overall campaign profitability
