JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing U.S.-based company with three brands focused on education, estate planning, and digital marketing. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant who enjoys building relationships online and wants to become an important part of our marketing and customer experience team.

This role is primarily focused on influencer outreach and relationship building, while also supporting customer service and social media engagement.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
Influencer Outreach & Relationship Building (Approximately 50%)

-Research influencers and content creators on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
-Identify creators who are a good fit for our brands.
-Vet influencers using our qualification process.
-Reach out to influencers, creators, affiliates, and potential brand ambassadors.
-Build genuine relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up.
-Track all outreach, conversations, and partnership opportunities in our CRM and Google tracking sheets.
-Maintain organized influencer pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
-Work with our marketing team to improve outreach strategies and results.

Customer Support (Approximately 30%)
Respond to customer messages across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and our websites.
Provide friendly, professional customer service using approved scripts.
Answer basic questions about our products, workshops, webinars, and services.
Assist with appointment follow-up and customer inquiries.
Escalate legal, billing, or complex questions to the appropriate tea ---------- mber.
Keep customer conversations organized in our CRM.

Social Media & Community Management (Approximately 20%)
Respond to comments and direct messages.
Engage with our online communities in a friendly and professional manner.
Help increase engagement across our social media platforms.
Support our marketing team with community interaction.
Assist with light social media administrative tasks as needed.
