NOW HIRING: Marketing Virtual Assistant (Content Creator + Facebook Ads)

Full-Time | Remote (Philippines) | U.S. Business Hours (Los Angeles Time)

Base Salary + Performance Commission
This is NOT a basic Virtual Assistant position.

We're looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and become an integral part of our team.

Part administrative assistant.
Part content creator.
Part digital marketer.

We're building a world-class marketing team and are looking for a talented Marketing Virtual Assistant who can help support daily operations while creating engaging content that generates leads and grows our brand.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Administrative Support
Manage calendars and scheduling
Organize projects and internal workflows
Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers
Assist leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks
Track marketing campaigns and project deadlines
Maintain organized files and documentation
Social Media & Content Creation
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Plan and manage content calendars
Schedule and publish content
Create graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Write captions and marketing copy
Monitor engagement and analytics

Facebook & Instagram Advertising
Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
Build audiences and retargeting campaigns
Monitor campaign performance
Optimize campaigns to generate qualified leads
Analyze results and recommend improvements
Digital Marketing
Assist with website updates (WordPress)
Create landing pages
Support SEO initiatives
Work inside Go High Level (GHL)
Help execute digital marketing campaigns

Strong administrative and organizational skills
