JOB OVERVIEW

Real Estate Acquisition Virtual Assistant – Full-Time Remote

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Acquisition Virtual Assistant to help identify and generate off-market residential property opportunities for a growing real estate investment company.

This role focuses on sourcing motivated sellers through research, skip tracing, cold calling, lead nurturing, and qualifying off-market properties for acquisition.

- Research and identify off-market residential properties
- Build targeted homeowner and wholesaler lead lists
- Perform skip tracing to obtain homeowner contact information
- Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners and wholesalers
- Qualify motivated sellers based on investment criteria
- Build rapport and nurture leads through consistent follow-up
- Collect property information including ownership, condition, occupancy, taxes, and liens
- Schedule appointments between qualified sellers and the acquisitions team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reports
- Assist with acquisition workflows and SOP improvements

Requirements:
- Previous Real Estate Virtual Assistant experience
- Experience with skip tracing, cold calling, lead generation, and lead nurturing
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong objection-handling and rapport-building abilities
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office

Highly Preferred:
- Experience working with real estate investors or wholesalers
- Knowledge of distressed property and motivated seller strategies
- Experience using PropStream, BatchLeads, Batch Skip Tracing, or similar platforms
- Experience with CRM systems and dialers
- Familiarity with public records research and Zillow

Work Setup:
- Full-Time Remote
- Must have flexibility to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
