About the Role
We are looking for someone who thinks about content differently.
Your job is not to make content that gets views.
Your job is to figure out what videos should exist to generate sales, then create the strategy, scripts, and storyboards that make those videos possible.
Everything you do should be based on customer psychology, data, and testing. Not opinions.
You'll analyze what is working, identify opportunities, and continually improve our content strategy based on results.
What You'll Do
* Identify content opportunities that are likely to generate revenue.
* Determine whether we need more top, middle, or bottom of funnel content to result in sales
* Analyze customer awareness levels, angles, and market sophistication to d
* Build content strategies based on data instead of trends.
* Write short-form video scripts for TikTok, Instagram Reels,
* Create simple storyboards/ descrive what should be happening in each frame that explain each scene of the video.
* Develop strong hooks that stop people from scrolling.
* Plan calls-to-action that naturally move viewers toward becoming customers.
* Review analytics to understand why videos succeed or fail.
* Recommend new tests based on previous results.
* Build repeatable content systems instead of chasing viral trends.
* Maintains organization and full control of tests done

* What objection does this solve?
* Where does this fit in the funnel?
* What result are we expecting?
* How will we know if it worked?
Ideal Candidate
* Thinks analytically and enjoys solving marketing problems.
* Is used to strategising and creating scripts for content
* Makes decisions using numbers and evidence.
* Has experience writing high-converting short-form video scripts.
* Understands direct response copywriting.
* Can explain why a piece of content should work before it is created.
* Is comfortable testing ideas and changing strategy when the data says to.
* Enjoys researching customer psychology and buying behavior.
* Has excellent written English.
