JOB OVERVIEW

About the role:

I'm a UK entrepreneur and author building a personal brand on LinkedIn. I post regularly, but I don't have time to sit on LinkedIn replying to comments and engaging with other people. That's where you come in.

LinkedIn now rewards fast, genuine engagement in the first hour after a post goes live. Your main job is to be there in that window, replying to comments in my voice and getting conversations going. Done well, this is the single biggest lever for growing my reach.

This is not spammy copy-paste work riddled with AI. I care about quality.
You'll be representing me, so your written English and ability to write in my voice needs to be excellent and you need to sound like a real person, not a bot or AI.

What you'll do:
- Reply to comments on my posts within the first 15 to 60 minutes of publishing, in my voice.
- Spend 10 to 15 minutes engaging on other relevant people's posts just before I publish, to warm up the account.
- Keep threads going, so a comment becomes a back-and-forth conversation, not a dead-end reply.
- Monitor my notifications, DM's, connection requests, and profile views, and flag anyone important or relevant to me.
- Help schedule posts and keep a simple content calendar tidy.
- Give me a short weekly summary of what's working, what got engagement, and who's been interacting.

What I'm looking for:
- Excellent written English, close to native level. British spelling and phrasing is a big plus (for example, "maths" not "math").
- Smeone reliable and consistent who can be online at set times each day, UK morning (3-5pm PHT).
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and how it works.
- Comfortable writing in other people’s voice (I'll provide a guide to my voice)
- Attention to detail and good judgement about tone. You'll need to know when a comment deserves a warm reply and when to leave it.
- Honest, proactive, and easy to communicate with.
- Nice to have: any experience running or growing a LinkedIn, X, or other social account.

Hours and pay:
Part-time to start, around 4-6 hours a week, focused around my posting times (UK morning). $4 to $6 per hour depending on experience, paid weekly or monthly, your choice.

If it goes well there's room for more hours and more responsibility over time.

How to apply:
Please do these three things so I know you actually read this:

1. Start your message with the word "GOLDEN HOUR" so I know you're not sending a template.

2. Tell me in a few sentences, in your own words, why fast engagement matters on LinkedIn.

3. Send me a message with a short ---------- ment in response to this post in British English (DO NOT COMMENT UNDER THE LINKEDIN POST - SEND IT TO ME AS PART OF YOUR APPLICATION): ----------

I read every application that follows these steps. Applications that don't will be skipped.
