JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced bookkeeper for an Australian Accounting & Bookkeeping Practice.

We need someone with a minimum of 3 years Australian experience with a bookkeeping firm.

What are you going to be responsible for:
- Day to Day bookkeeping in Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks
- Processing end to end Payroll (including collecting details from clients)
- Managing Accounts Payable
- Managing Accounts Receivable
- Preparation Management Reports
- Liaising with Clients through shared mailbox
- Creating Systems & Processes and SOPs

Non-negotiables:
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Attention to detail is an absolute must
- Taking responsibility for your work
- Experience in Australian Bookkeeping
