We're looking to hire a Video Editor for our DTC brand’s paid social ads.
This isn't a standard "clip-stitching" role we need a video editor that think like a marketer, who is highly proficient with AI tools.
Key Requirements:
AI-First Mindset: Comfortable using AI for avatars, voiceovers, asset generation, and ad variations to speed up output and improve quality.
Direct-Response Expertise: Must be able to edit high-performing Meta ads with a focus on hooks, pacing, and retention.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute ad concepts (performance-based bonuses included for winners) and work with our Creative Strategist.
Growth Mindset: We prioritize candidates who are eager to learn, test, and improve every week.
Essential: Experience with DTC brands, Meta ads, and UGC editing.
