Job Title: 3D Blender Specialist / 3D Artist Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a talented and reliable 3D Blender Specialist / 3D Artist Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our creative production team remotely.

TimeDoctor for time tracking and productivity transparency

WhatsApp for quick communication, updates, and urgent questions
Microsoft Teams & SharePoint for meetings, files, and collaboration

Experience with these tools is helpful but not required. The tools can be taught.
You will receive clear tasks, deadlines, and creative instructions. We expect regular communication, reliable availability, and professional handling of assigned projects.

Your main tasks will include:
Creating high-quality 3D images, product renders, scenes, and visual assets in Blender for website and paid ads
Producing short 3D animations and videos when needed
Modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering 3D objects and environments
Editing and enhancing images using Photoshop and Lightroom
Preparing visuals for websites, social media, advertising, and product presentations
Following creative briefs and brand guidelines

Required Tool Skills
Strong experience with Blender
Ability to create realistic and appealing 3D images and videos
Good understanding of lighting, materials, textures, camera angles, and rendering
Experience with Photoshop
Experience with Lightroom
Creative eye for detail, composition, and visual quality

Nice to have:
Experience with realistic product visualization
Experience creating visuals for e-commerce furnitur
Basic video editing skills
Experience with AI image tools or other design software
