JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an exceptionally talented video editor with a strong artistic eye to transform my raw footage into a cinematic luxury property video. This is a one time project, but if your work exceeds expectations, there is potential for ongoing work on future luxury listings and real estate marketing projects.

The property is a spectacular luxury estate located in Sedona, Arizona, featuring nearly 10,000 square feet between a main residence and guest home. The property offers incredible architecture, breathtaking views, and beautiful grounds. I am looking for someone who can create an emotional, high end film that showcases the lifestyle and uniqueness of the property.

This is not a basic walkthrough video. I want someone who can tell the story of the home through exceptional editing, cinematic pacing, professional color grading, carefully selected music, and creative transitions. I want viewers to feel the luxury experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional video editing experience.

Demonstrated experience editing luxury real estate videos.

Exceptional artistic and creative abilities.

Advanced color grading and sound editing skills.

Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to meet deadlines and accept feedback professionally.

Project Includes

Professional interior walkthrough footage.

Exterior footage.

Grounds and landscape footage.

Two luxury homes on one property.

Multiple scenic views throughout the estate.
