What You'll Be Learning
As part of your training, you'll gain valuable experience in:
Australian mortgage lending processes
Credit assessment and loan servicing calculations
Reviewing financial documents
Mortgage research and lender policy
Preparing loan applications
Working with Australian mortgage software and CRM systems
Supporting mortgage brokers throughout the loan process

A Typical Day May Include
Reviewing client documents for completeness and accuracy
Analysing income and financial information
Preparing loan scenarios
Researching lender products and policies
Updating client records and CRM systems
Communicating with brokers and lenders
Following up on outstanding documentation
Assisting with loan submissions and ongoing file management
