JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to edit 20 short-form ad creatives within one week. This is a paid gig, if the quality and turnaround are strong, this becomes a full-time position and we'll discuss salary from there.

The style I need:

This is the exact editing style, pacing, and feel I'm going for.

What the project involves:

Editing 20 ad creatives from raw footage I provide
Matching the style of the reference videos (captions, pacing, b-roll, hooks)
Delivering all 20 within 7 days of receiving the footage
Being responsive and open to revision notes

To apply, you MUST include all three of the following:

Watch at least 2–3 of Brook Hiddink's videos from the link above, then tell me in your own words: what makes his videos stand out, and how would you replicate that style in my creatives? (Applications that skip this or give a generic answer will be ignored.)
A link to your portfolio with short-form ad editing examples
Your realistic turnaround capacity. Can you actually deliver 20 videos in a week?

What happens after:
If this project goes well, you'll be brought on full-time and we'll discuss a monthly salary at that point. I'm looking for a long-term editor, not a one-off freelancer.
