We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growing U.S. recruiting agency.
This role is focused on generating new client opportunities for our permanent placement recruiting business, primarily within the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out through multiple channels, and helping book qualified meetings with decision-makers.
The ideal candidate is proactive, consistent, comfortable with outbound outreach, and able to hit weekly KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Build targeted lead lists of U.S. healthcare companies and decision-makers
Generate new client leads through cold
Research prospects and personalize outreach when needed
Follow up consistently with leads to create qualified conversations
Book meetings with potential clients for the sales/recruiting team
Track outreach activity, responses, and pipeline updates in the CRM
Work closely with the team to improve messaging, targeting, and lead quality
Consistently meet weekly KPIs for outreach, lead generation, and booked meetings
Requirements:
Experience in lead generation, BDR, SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales
Strong experience with cold
Comfortable reaching out to U.S.-based clients and decision-makers
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups
Able to work independently and stay accountable to weekly KPIs
Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus
Experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare, or B2B services is strongly preferred

Schedule:

Must be able to work during U.S. business hours
Compensation:
Competitive base pay, depending on experience, with performance-based incentives available for the right candidate.
