JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We are a growing portfolio of online media brands serving engaged audiences across meaningful niches including mental health, personal development, and wellness. Our digital newsletters reach hundreds of thousands of readers daily, delivering valuable content that helps people live better lives

We're hiring a Meta Ads Marketer to own our ad accounts end to end — campaign structure, launches,
optimization, and scaling. You'll work hand in hand with our Creative Strategist in a tight feedback loop:
they feed you fresh creatives, you feed them performance data and insights, and together you compound
results.

This role is for someone with an analytical mind who genuinely enjoys crunching numbers, spotting
patterns in the data before the dashboard makes them obvious, and turning those patterns into profitable
decisions. You know the Meta platform deeply — not just which buttons to press, but why the algorithm
behaves the way it does and how to structure accounts that scale without breaking.

Your pay is tied to outcomes: an hourly rate plus a share of the profit you help generate. When the account
grows, so does your income.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) across our offers
• Own the account architecture: campaign structure, budget allocation, audience strategy, and testing
frameworks
• Scale winning campaigns profitably — vertical and horizontal scaling, budget ramping, and structure
decisions that protect performance
• Monitor and analyze performance data daily; identify patterns, diagnose issues, and act on them fast
• Run structured creative and offer tests, and translate the results into clear next steps
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist: share data on hooks, angles, and formats that
convert, and brief them on what the account needs next
• Report on performance with clear numbers and honest analysis — what's working, what isn't, and
why proactively
• Stay current on Meta platform changes, algorithm updates, and policy shifts, and adapt our approach proactively

Requirements:
• Proven experience running and scaling Meta ad campaigns — with proof: account screenshots, case
studies, or verifiable results you can walk us through
• Deep understanding of the Meta ads platform: campaign objectives, bidding strategies, the learning
phase, attribution, and Events Manager / pixel setup
• Strong grasp of ad account structure and scaling methodology — you can explain when and why
you'd restructure, consolidate, or expand
• Highly analytical: comfortable living in spreadsheets and dashboards, spotting trends and anomalies
in the data, and making decisions based on numbers rather than hunches
• A collaborative mindset — you see creative and media buying as one system, not two departments• Self-directed and accountable; comfortable with performance-tied compensation

Ideal Candidate:
• Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools beyond native Meta reporting (e.g., server-side tracking,
third-party attribution)
• Experience managing significant monthly ad spend and communicating results to stakeholders
• Basic understanding of creative strategy and direct-response principles, so collaboration with the creative strategist is seamless

Who This Role Is NOT For:
• Beginners or people who have only run small boosted posts — we need demonstrated scaling
experience
• “Set it and forget it” media buyers — this account needs active analysis and iteration
• Anyone who guesses instead of measuring
