JOB OVERVIEW

House of Indigo™ is a boutique hybrid publishing company in personal development, spirituality, and wellness. We publish curated anthologies, run group programs, and build community around healing and transformation. We're a small, intentional operation and we need someone who can move fast, think independently, and bring real skills to the table.

What You'll Be Doing:
This role covers three main areas. You won't be doing all of them on day one, but you should be capable in all of them:

Funnels and Kajabi: Building and optimizing landing pages, checkout flows, automations, and lead gen sequences in Kajabi.

Course and freebie creation: Helping set up course content, lead magnets, and digital products inside Kajabi.

Social media content: Creating and posting for the House of Indigo Instagram and TikTok accounts. Faceless formats, Canva carousels, static images with text overlay, short videos with a music bed. Repurposing content across platforms. We provide brand templates, a full brand guide, and AI tools for captions. You MUST be able to stay on brand and produce high-quality content.

Hours and Pay
Starting at 20 to 25 hours per week with room to grow. Rate negotiable based on experience. Flexible schedule, but you must check in every day you are scheduled. Not weekly. Every working day.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience with Kajabi or HighLevel, please specify which and what you built. Social media content creation experience, show us accounts or posts you've worked on. Comfortable using AI tools like Claude to speed up content and copy work. Reliable, same-day communication. Strong written English. Bonus points if you have experience repurposing podcast episodes into short clips or social content.

Must be comfortable setting up and working within 2FA-protected accounts and following our security protocols for all platform access.
