JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Buyer / Procurement Specialist (Remote) | Immediate Start

Salary: $1,000 to $1,500 USD per month (based on experience)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, aligned with CST business hours

About Us

Icy Studios is a fast-growing apparel manufacturing and e-commerce company specializing in custom apparel, private label production, and print-on-demand fulfillment. We work with leading brands and are looking for a proactive Buyer / Procurement Specialist to help manage our sourcing and purchasing operations.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in supplier management who can take ownership of purchasing and ensure our operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do:

1. Source apparel blanks from overseas and domestic suppliers
2. Research and negotiate with manufacturers and vendors
3. Place purchase orders and track order status
4. Order packaging materials and ongoing operational supplies
5. Coordinate with existing vendors to ensure timely deliveries
6. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
7. Compare pricing, quality, and lead times to secure the best value
8. Monitor inventory levels and proactively reorder materials
9. Resolve supplier issues and shipping delays when needed
10. Maintain organized purchasing records and documentation
11. Work closely with the operations team to support production schedules

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills
3. Experience working with overseas suppliers (preferred)
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and procurement documentation
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Ability to manage multiple purchase orders simultaneously
8. Fluent written and spoken English
9. Reliable internet connection and home office setup
10. Available to work full-time during CST business hours

Bonus Points:
1. Experience sourcing apparel blanks or garments
2. Experience working with packaging suppliers
3. Experience with inventory management
4. Experience with Shopify, Notion, or ERP systems
5. Background in apparel manufacturing or e-commerce

Compensation:
$1,000 to $1,500 USD per month (depending on experience)

= Full-time remote position
