Are you the detail-oriented, deadline-driven Real Estate Listing Coordinator we’ve been looking for?
We’re hiring a Remote Real Estate Listing Coordinator to support our U.S.-based real estate business. This is a work-from-home position where you’ll manage listings from onboarding to active status, ensure accuracy across platforms, and keep all listing-related tasks on track.

If you’re highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy keeping listings compliant and up to date, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new listings from onboarding through activation and updates.
- Enter, manage, and update listings in MLS and other listing platforms.
- Collect, organize, and maintain listing documents, disclosures, and property details.
- Coordinate with agents, sellers, photographers, and vendors.
- Track listing deadlines and ensure compliance with MLS and brokerage requirements.
- Make price changes, status updates, and listing revisions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate listing updates to the team.

What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a Real Estate Listing Coordinator that worked for A US Real Estate company is a MUST.
- Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate listing workflows.
- Fluent in spoken & written English (must keep up with natural conversation).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple tools and platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
