ABOUT US
We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer footwear brand on Shopify, with over 88,000 reviews and a large paid-social presence. That growth has made us a target: counterfeiters, dropshippers cloning our store, and people running our ads and photos without permission. We are hiring a Brand Protection Specialist to find this activity and shut it down.

THE ROLE
This is hands-on enforcement work, not strategy. You will hunt for infringers across marketplaces, social platforms, and the web, then remove them through the right channels. You report to our team lead and are measured on how much you take down and how fast.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Monitor marketplaces, social platforms, and search results for counterfeit listings, cloned stores, and stolen creatives and photos
* File DMCA takedown notices with web hosts, registrars, and platforms
* Work platform IP portals: Meta, TikTok and TikTok Shop, Amazon Brand Registry, eBay VeRO, AliExpress, Google, and Shopify
* Gather evidence (URLs, screenshots, timestamps, side-by-side comparisons) for each case
* Handle rejections and counter-notices, and escalate when a case warrants it
* Send clear weekly reports on what was removed and its impact

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Proven brand protection, anti-counterfeit, or IP enforcement experience, ideally for a Shopify or DTC brand
* Direct experience filing DMCA notices and using platform IP portals
* A clear grasp of the DMCA process, including counter-notices, and the difference between real infringement and legitimate resale
* Strong written English and attention to detail
* Self-directed, and able to prioritize a busy queue by impact

NICE TO HAVE
* Trademark registration or Brand Registry enrollment experience
* Familiarity with tools such as Red Points, Corsearch, or BrandShield

DETAILS
* Part-time, 20 hours per week (4 hours per day), remote
