JOB OVERVIEW

I own a small Managed Service Provider in Pennsylvania and am looking for a Philippines-based remote employee.

Requirements:

7:30 AM–11:30 AM Eastern Time
Monday–Friday
MSP experience required
Autotask PSA experience required
Microsoft 365 proficiency required
Datto RMM or Kaseya experience preferred

Primary duties:

Alert monitoring and ticket triage
Scheduling and dispatch
Client onboarding coordination
Documentation management
Sales quote administration

Possibility to go full time
