JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
A fast-growing international Amazon seller is looking for a skilled VA with strong experience in PPC management, product copywriting, and catalog operations. This full-time position requires someone who can hit the ground running, manage a large number of SKUs without losing quality, and support marketplace operations across the US, UK, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns within Amazon Seller Central
- Review campaign data regularly and make performance-driven adjustments
- Create SEO-friendly product titles, bullets, and descriptions to improve search ranking and conversions
- Upload new ASINs and keep existing listings accurate and up to date
- Manage catalog entries and handle ongoing listing maintenance tasks
- Track ASIN and campaign performance using custom internal reports
- Flag and address underperforming listings or ad campaigns proactively
- Handle a high volume of SKUs with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Coordinate with US, UK, and EU marketplace teams as needed

Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum of 1-2 years managing Amazon PPC campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to write effective, SEO-optimized Amazon product copy
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central for both listing and advertising management
- Experience uploading and maintaining product ASINs and catalog data
- Comfortable managing large product catalogs at high volume and speed
- Strong ability to analyze data and produce clear performance reports
- Self-directed, thorough, and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Effective written communicator with strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience working across Amazon US, UK, and EU
- Combined experience in both advertising and catalog or listing management
- Familiarity with building and maintaining internal performance dashboards
- Background in high-volume or high-SKU e-commerce environments
- Up-to-date knowledge of Amazon listing standards and policy requirements
- Eagerness to identify improvements and suggest process optimizations
