JOB OVERVIEW

Senior GoHighLevel Systems Architect (Part time to Full time)

Our CRM supporting acquisitions, apartments, land development, investors, AI automation, and multi-channel homeowner outreach.

You must be able to design scalable systems, and design a system that operates seamlessly to avoid CRM architecture problems, and build production-ready automation. Once the system is in place and tested-you will manage it part time or fulltime depending on it's results. More contacts and better flow-more money for the operator-including bonus pay incentives.

Initial Paid Technical Challenge

The first phase of this project is a paid architecture and implementation challenge.

The Challenge

A single commercial property owner record may contain:

Must handle Up to 8 skip-traced phone numbers per lead
Up to 4 email addresses per lead
AI Voice
SMS

Email
Ringless Voicemail
Live Transfer
Manual follow-up

Using GoHighLevel, design and implement the best architecture to:

Preserve all imported data.
Prevent duplicate communications.
Determine the correct communication sequence.
Handle replies correctly.
Handle STOP/DND requests correctly.
Skip invalid or disconnected phone numbers.
Handle bounced email addresses.
Remain scalable for future enhancements that you will put in place as during your employment.

The challenge will be tested so it must by 300 leads immediately. You will ready the system to accept the lead format from Lead Cruncher to GHL

Required With Your Application
1. Screen record during process with progress update with your recording daily by 9pm ET. All days/steps must be completely recorded and accounted for in GHL to receive payment.

Loom video or screenshots demonstrating the most advanced GoHighLevel workflow you have personally designed that most closely resembles this type of architecture.

2. Architecture Challenge

In your own words, if hired-please explain how you would engineer the following:

One contact contains:

8 phone numbers
4 email addresses

How would your workflow determine:

Which phone number receives the first SMS?
When should the system move to the next number?
How are duplicate communications prevented?
How are STOP requests handled?
How are replies detected?
How would AI Voice fit into the sequence?
Where would Ringless Voicemail occur?
When would a live transfer occur?
How would all communication history remain attached to the same owner?

We are looking for engineers who have designed modular workflow systems, not simple autoresponders-.

The final system must be production-ready and fully documented.

Deliverable Compensation

Fixed-price project.

Our trial task will only be awarded to the hired individual-Once successfully completed you will receive payment for this trial based on the system you describe in the above explanation. If the system works as described- you will be hired permanently to work the workflow and create other workflows, upload CSV's and improve on the system. Part-time to Fulltime employment position-weekly pay. Extra work on our other agencies will be available upon successful completion.
