About Us
Keystone Capital is a U.S. real estate investment company that acquires rental properties through seller financing and other creative financing strategies. We are looking for a reliable, professional Virtual Assistant to become a long-ter ---------- mber of our team. This position starts at 20 hours per week with the opportunity to grow to 40 hours per week based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Call U.S. property owners and real estate agents.
Introduce yourself as calling on behalf of Keystone Capital.
Ask a short list of qualifying questions.
Determine if the property owner would consider seller financing.
Record all conversations accurately in a spreadsheet.
Schedule follow-up calls when appropriate.
Pass qualified leads directly to me.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude on every call.
Important

Your primary role is to identify property owners who may be open to seller financing, gather basic information, and pass qualified opportunities to me for review. I will personally handle all negotiations and offers. This position requires making outbound phone calls to U.S. property owners and real estate agents. Please apply only if you are comfortable speaking on the phone for several hours each day.

Requirements:
Excellent spoken English.
Friendly and confident phone personality.
Reliable internet connection.
Quiet work environment.
Able to work independently.
Detail oriented.
Comfortable making outbound phone calls.
Real estate experience is a plus but not required.

Bonus Qualifications:
Cold calling experience.
Real estate acquisitions experience.
Seller financing or creative finance experience.
Google Sheets or Excel experience.

Performance Bonus:
In addition to hourly pay, performance bonuses are available for qualified leads that result in successfully purchased properties. Bonus details will be discussed during the interview.

Trial Period:
This position begins with a 2-week paid trial period. Successful candidates will continue as a long-ter ---------- mber of our team.
