JOB OVERVIEW

Ready to take on a leadership role that drives both team success and client satisfaction? At PIVOTL, our Team Leads are the vital bridge between our bookkeepers and our clients. This role goes beyond reviewing financials—it’s about mentoring a high?performing team and serving as the primary financial liaison for our clients.

You’ll be the main contact for your team—providing support, training, and clear direction. The role involves guiding members through daily tasks as well as complex closing challenges. We’re looking for a strong communicator who can build a positive, productive remote work environment.

Requirements:
5 years of proven experience in full-cycle accounting services
3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
3 years of experience leading or supervising small tea ---------- mbers
Willing to work night shift (EST)
