About the Role
We're looking for a talented and reliable Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our growing team. We're searching for someone with strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills who enjoys creating clean, professional artwork for apparel and promotional products.
This is a long-term, part-time opportunity with flexible hours, averaging 2–6 hours per day, depending on workload.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Converting PNG or raster artwork into clean vector files
Creating customer proofs and mockups
Designing graphics for t-shirts, hats, and other promotional products
Producing realistic apparel renderings
Following branding guidelines
Preparing print-ready artwork
Managing assigned tasks in Asana (training will be provided)
Communicating effectively and meeting project deadlines
Qualifications
Required:
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Experience creating vector artwork
Experience designing for apparel or promotional products
Understanding of print-ready artwork and production files
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Reliable internet connection and computer
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred (Bonus):
Experience creating apparel mockups
Experience with embroidery artwork
Knowledge of screen printing or color separations
Experience working with branding guidelines
Schedule
Part-Time
Approximately 2–6 hours per weekday

If we provided you with a low-resolution PNG logo that needed to be printed on shirts within two hours, how would you convert it into a clean vector file? Please explain your process.
Tell us about a project where you received multiple rounds of design revisions. How did you manage the feedback while meeting the deadline?
